Well, the first eight rows are officially out in the wild!
I’ve finished working up Rows 1–8 of Hidden in the Stitches, and our mystery is beginning to take shape.
Emphasis on beginning.
At this point, we’ve only crocheted a quarter of the full 32 × 32 graph, so there’s still a whole lot hiding below those stitches.
And I’m not giving you any hints.
Here’s My Progress So Far
Seeing a graph on a screen is one thing, but watching those little squares turn into actual stitches is one of my favorite parts of tapestry crochet. Suddenly, what looked like a handful of colored blocks starts becoming… something.
So… What Do You Think It Is?
Before I release the next section, I want to hear your theories. What do you think is hiding in the stitches?
Drop your guess in the comments, even if you’re completely unsure. Actually, especially if you’re completely unsure.
I want the sensible guesses. I want the wild guesses. I want the “Karly, I have absolutely no idea what you’ve made me crochet” guesses. And if you’ve been crocheting along, show me your progress! I would love to see the colors you’ve chosen and how your first eight rows are looking.
